Knelston

Knelston, Gower,
Wales

National grid reference: SS 46888918

Known as the Knelston Hall stone it stands north of the converted parish church of Knelston, one of many stones circled around the hill of Cefn Bryn at the heart of the Gower peninsula. There stands Maen Cetti or Arthur's stone, a Neolithic chambered cairn, "one of the three mighty achievements on the Isle of Britain", which sits on top of Ffynnon Fawr, the big spring.
